第一次读这本书是之前在国外留学，是留学的时候偶然在书店看见的，所以我的整个留学时期，除了课本以及哈迪原版这套书没翻过其它的书。在这之前我们没有看过侦探类小书，看这本书的时候完全是想用来锻炼英文，但是我发现我的几个留学生同学都看过哈迪这套原版书，而且还是一系列，有几十本，让我很是吃惊，然后我也就跟着读。读完知乎我发现是个随大流的人，也是个目的性阅读的人，因为这套书真是锻炼了我的阅读英文的能力。我自己也感慨，从小到大我所标榜的喜欢好像总是不纯粹的，真正的喜欢才不会是孤立的阅读，喜欢谋一本书应该也喜欢这本书的其他系列，或者是作者的其他书籍。或者说真正喜欢某类书的人一定有自己的一套读书体系，每一本书都是可以燎原的星星之火。
回国之后，决定带孩子一起来，惊险刺激的故事情节吸引着孩子，是练习和培养孩子的好资。
The Hardy Boys is the all-time longest running and best selling book series for children.It is a detective/adventure series, chronicling the fictional adventures of teenage brothers Frank and Joe Hardy.
